Acceptance & Entry Fee
Once you have submitted your entry form to represent your local area you will have 7 days to either pay entry fee in full *. (If a special entry discount is going on payment must be made by that weeks deadline and paid in full). If you wish to be on the payment plan you must contact your State Director by email or cell so she can keep records of your payments. You will still receive the handbook and forms after your first payment is received. Once $175 is received we will order your local tiara. So you may begin to make appearances and get sponsors for your remainder of balance.
REFUND POLICY:
All fees paid are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to processing fees, entry fees, advertising fees, pageant admission ticket sales fees, guest meal fees.
ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE:
ENTRY FEE / PAYMENTS:
An entry fee is required to enter the Miss Ohio U.S. International Pageant® as an local delegate. The fee amount is $550.00. Delegate may seek sponsors or may pay the entry fee herself. All sponsors are recognized in the Miss Ohio U.S. International Pageant® program book at no charge. Payment may be made by money order, or PayPal. Delegates may make payments toward the total entry fee.
The Miss U.S. International Pageant® is self-supporting and relies solely upon entry fees to cover production expenses. Production expenses include but are not limited to: advertising, hotel rentals, theater rentals, performers’ fees, judges' expenses, staging, supplies, prizes, awards, etc.
A significant percentage of the entry fee is directed back to each delegate in the form of crown, meals, entertainment, parties, gifts, and prizes.
Photography.
Entrant must submit a head shot photo for the Miss Ohio U.S. International Official Program Book and website. Photos may be emailed to mbjproductions@mail.com or mrsmtus2010@live.com
ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE:
Miss U.S. International™
Ages 18 – 25 as of October 31 of the competition year. Must be single and never married as of the start date of the pageant event. Must not have ever had a child. This applies to participation in any preliminary pageant (e.g., local, state) leading to the Miss U.S. International™ Beauty Pageant event as well as the National pageant itself.
Gender
Entrant must be a naturally born genetic female.
Preliminary Pageants :
If a preliminary pageant is held for which entrant qualifies, entrant must first participate in the preliminary pageant before applying to enter the Miss U.S. International™ Beauty Pageant as an at-large delegate unless special conditions are met (ref. “At-Large” Entry / Title Representation section below).
Preliminary pageant entrant agrees to look solely to the preliminary Pageant Director with respect to all matters
relating to her application, rules, regulations, policies, preparation, rehearsal, performance and selection process, and all other matters relating to the preliminary pageant. Harrison Productions, LLC, its officers, directors, agents and employees are not liable to entrant for anything whatsoever in connection with the preliminary pageant.
Entrant agrees to attend the Miss U.S. International™ Beauty Pageant if selected as the winner in a preliminary
pageant and further abide by all the required services, rules and regulations governing this pageant.

Commercial Tie-Up:
Entrant may have a modeling, commercial tie-up, personal management and/or agency contract, which contract
however does not include, authorize or permit the use of the name of the Miss U.S. International™ Beauty
Pageant or any other registered trademark or trade name of Harrison Productions, LLC or any title designation or reference with respect to the pageant in any manner.
Eligibility / Acceptance Determination Agreement:
All issues as to eligibility shall be determined solely and exclusively by Harrison Productions, LLC. Entrant agrees to abide by eligibility determination both as to herself and others. Entrant agrees to produce an original copy of her birth certificate to verify age and gender upon request. Harrison Productions, LLC reserves the right to refuse entry into the Miss U.S. International™ Beauty Pageant to anyone for any reason.
PRELIMINARY COMPETITION JUDGING
Opening Number.
The Miss Ohio U.S. International™ state pageant will include a short introduction opening number. Delegates must provide their own attire for opening number as specified by state director. The opening number is not judged.
Scoring:
Scoring will be conducted on a 10-point scale:
• 9-10 = Excellent
• 7-8 = Very Good
• 5-6 = Good
• 3-4 = Average
• 1-2 = Below Average
Areas of State Competition:
The competition will consist of two equally weighted categories: Photogenic (20%), Swimsuit (50%) and Evening Gown (50%).
The highest composite scores will determine the finalists. Finalists will answer an on-stage question that is worth (10%).
Swimsuit
Miss U.S. International™ Beauty Pageant titleholders must be physically fit, with good muscle tone and body proportion. Miss U.S. International™ Beauty Pageant titleholders must carry themselves with confidence and grace. Competition details:
• Shoes must be neutral (e.g., taupe, skin-tone)
• Judging criteria: fitness, modeling, personality, beauty, grooming and fashion sense.
Evening Gown
Miss U.S. International™ Beauty Pageant titleholders must carry themselves with dignity, grace, poise and elegance. Judges are not evaluating the cost or designer label of the gown, but rather how well it suits the delegate (e.g., fit, color, style) as well as delegate's on-stage presentation. Competition details:
• Evening gown must be floor length.
• Judging criteria: modeling, personality, beauty, grooming and fashion sense.
Policy regarding ties:
The following procedure is used to break ties at all levels:
Each judge will assign the Top 5 finalists a ranking from 1 to 5 (1 = “Winner”, 5 = “4th Runner-Up”.) A ranking of
1st = 5 pts, 2nd = 4 pts, 3rd = 3 pts, 4th = 2 pts, 5th
If the rankings do not resolve the tie(s), the higher individual competition score will determine the higher placement in this order: On-Stage Question, Photogenic, Evening Gown, Fashion, Swimsuit.
= 1 pt. Points earned from rankings are added to the delegates’
scores.
In the absence of ties, judges are not asked to provide rankings.
